The ghost of Joslyn Elders, former Clinton White House Surgeon General, casts a great shadow. Ms. Elders, if you remember, said that children as young as 5 be taught masturbation in school. Of course that got her fired from the White House. But the U.N. has taken up her cause and has suggested the same thing. Even Planned Parenthood has taken up Elder’s cause.
