Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick is asking, not telling, the superintendent of the Cape Cod school district “…to revise a new policy allowing even elementary schools students to receive free condoms without the knowledge of their parents.” I had no idea kindergarten through 6th grade students were having sex. If you are a parent did you know your elementary school student was sexually active? If you didn’t then the democrats, who run all the schools, have been keeping it a secret from you. I guess sex is OK for everyone no matter the age of the participants. At least in Massachusetts. Read on
